One of the biggest mistakes I have made as a car owner is walking into an auto repair shop without any basic knowledge of my car. Unfortunately, my car and my wallet paid for it. After paying another mechanic to repair the damage the first one did, I decided that it was time to learn everything I could about my car and how to care for it. I setup this blog to help others learn the basics. While learning about my car's needs, I found that knowing just the basics helped me to avoid costly repairs and I hope that others can, too.

Being a trucker often involves having to travel over a long distance on a regular basis, which can be rewarding financially but also very tiresome. After driving for so many hours, sometimes truckers have to pull over at a truck or rest stop to get a little sleep. Unfortunately, many of the truckers sleep inside their trucks, and it can be an uncomfortable experience depending on the age and model of the vehicle.
