One of the biggest mistakes I have made as a car owner is walking into an auto repair shop without any basic knowledge of my car. Unfortunately, my car and my wallet paid for it. After paying another mechanic to repair the damage the first one did, I decided that it was time to learn everything I could about my car and how to care for it.
